Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Application
    These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between GRAFITLY design and its clients in the fields of graphic design, UX/UI design, web development and illustration.
  2. Services
    GRAFITLY design provides creative services in the areas of branding, UX design, web development, illustration and digital media. The exact scope of services is defined individually in the respective offer or project agreement.
  3. Client Cooperation
    The client is responsible for providing all required content, materials, information and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing or incomplete client input may affect the project timeline.
  4. Fees and Payment
    All prices are agreed individually. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit of 50% is due before the start of the project. The remaining amount is due upon completion of the agreed services.
  5. Revisions
    Unless otherwise agreed, up to two rounds of revisions are included in the offer. Additional changes or revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
  6. Rights of Use
    After full payment has been received, the client receives the agreed rights of use for the final deliverables. Until full payment has been made, all rights remain with GRAFITLY design.
  7. Copyright
    All created works are protected by copyright. The transfer, modification or further use of the work beyond the agreed rights of use is not permitted without prior written consent.
  8. Liability
    GRAFITLY design is not liable for content, materials, information, images, texts or other assets provided by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring that all supplied materials may be legally used.
  9. Termination
    Both parties may terminate the agreement for good cause. Services already provided up to the time of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
  10. Use as Reference
    GRAFITLY design is entitled to use work and projects created as part of an assignment for self-promotion. This includes presentation on its own website, social media channels, presentations and portfolios.

    Confidential content or unpublished projects will only be published after prior coordination with the client.
  11. External Services and Third-Party Providers
    External services or materials may be required during a project, such as fonts, images, plugins, software, stock assets or hosting services. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these costs are not included in the offer and will be charged separately or purchased directly by the client.

    GRAFITLY design assumes no liability for services, products or technical systems provided by third parties. The respective terms of use and license conditions of the third-party providers apply.
  12. Final Provisions
    The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
